Click Administration on the main menu and select Maintain Users.
Once you have completed the above, you will the screen for adding, editing and deleting users. We will start with the most common thing, which is resetting passwords.  Highlight the user who has forgotten their password and then click the Change Password box.
The field for replacing the password will appear as above. Fill in this field and make sure the Reset password on next login is checked also.  This maintains the password security.  Since passwords are hashed in the system, once the user puts in his new password, he will be the only one who knows it.  Since we are only doing a password change, do not change anything else.
Just click Save and you are done.
