• If you have registered your company Drop Box to hold files, time sheets will be stored there as well so that they may be accessed outside of Atrium if you wish.  
 
  • Check in/check out checkbox times have been added to the client portal.  This allows your clients who have access to the portal to log a time in and time out for the interpreter.  The information is transferred to the main Atrium.  The client can simply click the Set Check In Time button which will display the current time.  The client can edit that time if needed.  When the interpretation is complete, the client will click the Set Check Out Time button which also defaults to the current time but can be edited as needed.  After the Set Check Out Time button has been clicked, the times can no longer be edited.  After the Check In Time has been set by the client, your admin can see it on the Actuals tab of the request, even while the interpreter is still performing the service.
 
  • The Request Location will always show the address.  There is now a checkbox that allows you to identify if the location of an interpretation encounter  is the same as the client address.  If your client utilizes the consumer database and enters consumer information, you can now also specify if the request location should be the consumer’s address for home visits.  
 
  • Ability to add cost and bill rate overrides for minimum units and round up rules.  This is in addition to the current rate overrides based on client, interpreter and language.
 
  • Ability to delete an interpreter who has not been assigned to any requests.  Simply open the interpreter record and click the delete button.  If the interpreter has had a job assigned to them in the past, you will not be permitted to delete them.
