Atrium automatically assigns a time zone to each request based on the time zone of the customer on the request. Up until release 10.33, this time zone could only be seen via a placeholder in an email. With release 10.34, the time zone is displayed on the request and can be edited.
Clicking on the time zone will bring up a drop-down box that allows the user to select the correct time zone.
The time zone is also a column that may be displayed in the main jobs grid.
Additionally, a time zone has been added to the interpreter profile, defaulted to the company time zone. It is in the interpreter address box on the Profile tab.
Once again, clicking the time zone will bring up a drop-down box that allows the user to select the correct time zone.
There are a couple of changes to the email templates that will also allow for better management of the time zones. First, there is now a placeholder for the interpreter's time zone that may be added to the emails. Second, there is now a block called 'Job Timezone Different From Interpreter Timezone' which can be added to the email templates to call out the different time zones for the interpreters. Please review the Help Center article called Email Template Blocks for more information about adding and using blocks.
