Requests can be in one of the following stages:

  • Unassigned – any request that is not assigned to an interpreter even if it is in the past
  • Assigned – any request with a future request date that has an interpreter assigned
  • Missing Activities –  any request with a past request date that does not have activities recorded
  • Needs Approval – any request with activities recorded that needs to be approved for invoicing and payment
  • Approved – any request with approved activities that needs to be invoiced and paid
  • Paid but not invoiced – any request with approved activities that have been paid to the interpreter but not invoiced to the customer
  • Invoiced but not paid – any request with approved activities that have been invoiced to the customer but not paid to the interpreter
  • Invoiced and paid (Completed) – any request that has been invoiced to the customer and paid to the interpreter
  • Voided – any request that has been voided through Atrium 


The status of the request is based on the stage: 

  • Open – all stages except for Invoiced and paid, and Voided
  • Jobs in Progress – Unassigned, Assigned, Missing activities
  • Accounting – Needs approval, Approved, Paid but not invoiced, Invoiced but not paid
  • Closed – Invoiced and paid, Voided  

You can filter requests based on any (or multiple) stages and statuses.  If you select a status, the stages will be automatically selected for you in the filter.
