You have been asking for a way to keep track of the performance of your interpreters. We listened and here it is. Go to Databases/Interpreters and open an interpreter record by double clicking on it. Like this:
As you can see above, this interpreter has one line of positive feedback with a total score of 10, so far.
Let's add more feedback by clicking the Add New Feedback button and filling in the fields. You need to note if it is positive, negative or neutral and what the relative score is. You can set an expiration if that is the business process you want to use.
When you click save, the record will be added. If you want to add more than one, click the Add New Feedback button again.
