Add an SPF record

Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record is a type of Domain Name Service (DNS) TXT record that identifies which mail servers are permitted to send an email on behalf of your domain. The purpose of an SPF record is to detect and prevent spammers from sending messages with forged From addresses on your domain.

As LSPWare will send emails on your behalf at email@YourCompanyName.com you will need to have your email administrator add or modify your SPF record.

For example, you will need to add as a TXT record in your DNS “v=spf1 include:mg.lspware.com -all

Also if your company uses a DMARC record, make sure "P=none" is set.
